Bloom Coffee Project is a collaboration of producers who’s goal it it to change the perception of Indonesian coffees amongst coffee consumers. By applying various experimental processing methods to their highest quality beans, the producers introduce a wide range of very unique flavour compositions to the coffee market. Some of Bloom’s microlots were acknowledged during the recent national Cup of Excellence competition.
Cup Profile: Tea-like body, bright citrus-like acidity. Notes of sugarcane, raspberry, grapefruit and spice notes. Lingering and complex aftertaste.
