Beneficio Don Mayo services 28 farms, all owned and managed by family members of Don Hector Bonilla’s. All the farms use the same management systems and inputs, which help to ensure quality consistency across all the lots produced throughout the harvest season. Always looking to further increase quality, Don Mayo’s owners include testing to find the ideal varieties to plant that are both disease resistant and provide great cup quality, along with continuing to experiment with processing to also increase cup quality.
