Guji has an excellent body and a great drunken fruit flavor. Guji’s coffees are now being recognized for their superior quality after years of being overlooked in flavor of Yirgacheffe and Sidamo. The heirloom varieties are used in Guji, which is in the Oromio Region.
This lot uses the natural processing method, in which the coffee is sundried on elevated African beds and patios while still contained within the outer cherry.
