Return Policy

Consumer Rights (Consumer Guarantees Act 1993)

Under the Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA), you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if the product you receive is:

  • Faulty or damaged

  • Not as described or pictured

  • Not of acceptable quality

  • Unfit for the purpose you specified

If the issue is minor, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

If the issue is major, you are entitled to choose a full refund or replacement.

Refund Conditions

We will offer a refund or replacement if:

  • The green coffee beans are spoiled, rancid, mouldy, or otherwise not fit for use on delivery.

  • The product does not match what was advertised or ordered.

  • The parcel is lost or damaged in transit, and evidence is provided.

You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a refund or replacement.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases or if you ordered the wrong product by mistake. However, we may offer a store credit or exchange (at our discretion) if:

  • The product is unopened, in original condition, and

  • Returned within 14 days of delivery

  • You cover the return shipping costs

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or replacement, please email:

Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and any relevant photos (e.g. packaging, damaged beans).

We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed via your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

  • If your order was part of a promotion, only the amount actually paid will be refunded.
