At Opal Coffee Limited, we aim to ship your green coffee beans quickly, reliably, and safely throughout New Zealand. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process and deliver your orders.
We currently ship within New Zealand only. If you’re located in a rural area, please allow additional time for delivery.
Standard delivery times:
Please note that delays may occur during peak seasons, public holidays, or unforeseen courier disruptions.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on your delivery location and order size. You will see the final shipping cost before confirming your order.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time — these will be clearly stated on our website.
We use trusted New Zealand courier providers (e.g., Post Haste, Aramex, or NZPost). All parcels include tracking. You will receive a tracking link via email once your order is shipped.
If you have special instructions (e.g., leave at door, deliver to back porch), please include them at checkout. We pass this on to the courier, but we can’t guarantee they will always follow specific delivery requests.
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged:
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect delivery details. If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.
