Description
The Ethiopian Limu coffee comes from the largest coffee-growing region in Ethiopia. Known for its notable body and bright acidity, Limu coffee is cultivated in the Illubabor and Kaffa regions of the southwest and south-central Ethiopia. These areas have altitudes of 1,100-1,890 meters above sea level, and yield medium-sized beans. This region produces around 60,000 tons of coffee annually.
Cup Profile: Bright and tart acidity. Juicy body. Citrus notes of grapefruit and lemon, herbal bergamot, slightly floral. Balanced.
