We sell green (unroasted) coffee beans for home and commercial use. While we make every effort to ensure product descriptions, pricing, and availability are accurate, we reserve the right to correct errors at any time.
Orders and Payment
- All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST (if applicable).
- Orders must be paid in full before dispatch.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reject orders for any reason, including stock unavailability or suspected fraud.
- You will receive an order confirmation once payment is received.
Shipping and Delivery
- We ship within New Zealand using reputable couriers.
- Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays or events beyond our control.
- We are not liable for any delay once your order has been handed over to the delivery provider.
- You are responsible for ensuring your delivery address is correct.
Returns and Refunds
We comply with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. This means you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if your green coffee beans are:
- Damaged or spoiled on arrival
- Not as described
- Not of acceptable quality
We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. However, we may offer store credit or exchange at our discretion if products are returned unopened, sealed, and in original condition within 14 days of delivery.

Use of Products
Our green coffee beans are intended for roasting and consumption. They are not ready-to-eat in their unroasted form. You are responsible for proper storage and roasting practices.
Liability and Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by New Zealand law:
- We do not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of our website or products beyond what is required under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
- We are not responsible for allergic reactions or other adverse effects unless clearly caused by a product fault.
Intellectual Property
All website content (logos, images, product descriptions, etc.) is owned by Opal Coffee Limited and may not be reproduced without permission.
