Bloom Coffee Project is a collaboration of producers whose goal is to change the perception of Indonesian coffees amongst coffee consumers. By applying various experimental processing methods to their highest quality beans, the producers introduced a wide range of very unique flavour compositions to the coffee market.
Cup Profile: Aroma of macadamia and strawberry, mild acidity. Flavours of strawberry, vanilla, macadamia and cream. A light body and a gentle aftertaste.
